Mock Triathlon
This Mock Triathlon is for all fitness levels and will build your confidence in all components of endurance and agility required to participate in upcoming tri's in our area.
Prerequisites:
Children must be able to swim 25 yards, and ride a bike.
What Do I Need:
Bring all equipment needed for swimming, biking, and running. Items include the following: swim suit, goggles, swim cap, towel, bike, helmet, and running shoes.
