About This Activity
Description
Learn the basic Ballet technique, discipline, and movement. Increase overall health and body strength. All are welcome, whether you have no experience or some experience and just want to jump back in.
Appropriate fitness / dance clothes and ballet shoes required.
What to expect when participating in City of Palmdale activities:
- Rain or inclement weather may result in class cancellation
- Bring your own water bottle
- First day of class participants may wear free moving, comfortable clothing and shoes
