About This Activity
Description
Dance your way into fitness! Increase your stamina, flexibility, and overall health and body strength while incorporation some dance technique, discipline, and movement. No experience necessary!
Appropriate fitness/dance clothes and jazz/thin soled tennis shoes are required.
Please note that refunds will no longer be processed three days before the second class date.
What to expect when participating in City of Palmdale activities:
- Rain or inclement weather may result in class cancellation
- Bring your own water bottle
- First day of class participants may wear free moving, comfortable clothing and shoes
