About This Activity
Description
Boys and girls will work on dribbling, passing, shooting, and rebounding as well as learn about teamwork and sportsmanship. Participants will also be introduced to the proper defensive stance and experience defensive drills as they learn the game of basketball. Games will be played each week so that participants can apply the skills learned. Please bring a labeled water bottle. (Co-op with Palos Hills.)
