About This Activity
Description
During this action- packed class, students will have the exciting opportunity to learn a variety of gymnastics and tumbling skills. From handstands and backbends, to forward rolls and cartwheels, we will guide the student through a progressive curriculum that promotes strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in tumbling.
Comfortable clothing & sneakers REQUIRED for class
Also, don't forget to bring water.
