Description
Parenting little ones is better with a village! Park Forest Community Connections – Little Connections is a welcoming 6-week program created for stay-at-home parents and caregivers and their little ones, ages 1–6, to connect, play, and grow together. Each 90-minute session begins with refreshments and time to mingle before caregivers participate in a guided wellness discussion focused on the real joys and challenges of raising young children. While grown-ups connect, little ones will remain nearby in the same room, enjoying age-appropriate play, crafts, movement, and social activities with our Littles Facilitator. Each week concludes with a special Family Connection Activity for caregivers and children to enjoy together. Come meet other families, share experiences, discover helpful resources, and build your village because little connections can make a big difference! Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Fee: $45 for the full 6-week session.
Refunds - Refund requests made prior to the start date of a program will be given less a 5% refund fee. Cancellations made by Recreation & Parks are not subject to the 5% refund fee. Online registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds for purchases made by credit card are processed back to the credit card. Refunds for purchases made by cash or check are processed with a check (within ten business days) through the Village of Park Forest Finance Department.
