About This Activity
Description
All Parker Recreation leagues are designed to be safe, educational and to create a place for athletes to have fun while building important social skills such as self-confidence, sportsmanship and teamwork. Each participant will play at least half of each game.
- The 4 to 6 division teams play with 10 players in the field and all teammates will bat one time each inning.
- Kinder Teeball teams will receive one practice at the beginning of the season. For the remaining weeks, teams will be scheduled an opponent.
- You will choose to play on either Friday evenings or Saturdays when registering. Times will vary but the day of your choice will not change unless unforeseen circumstances arise.

- Score and standings are not kept.
All registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Recreational leagues focus on basic skill development and game knowledge, and are designed for players of varying skill levels.
- Equipment Needs: Wear athletic clothing meant for outdoor weather conditions. Participants will need to provide a mitt. Rubber molded cleats or tennis shoes are permitted. You may also bring your own bat. Coaches will receive bases, a bat, baseballs (Teeballs). Tees will be supplied at the field. Jerseys are included.
- All teams are coached by volunteer coaches. If you are interested in coaching a team, please contact Lane McLaughlin at lmclaughlin@parkerco.gov
- You will hear from your coach five to seven days prior to the season start date.
- Parent Participation: 25% parent involvement may be requested by coaches. Please be prepared to participate throughout the season.

- Skip Dates: July 4 Weekend (7/5 & 7/6)
