About This Activity
Description
Nothing But Net (NBN) Basketball Shooting Academies are focused on the development of ball handling skills specific to shooting. NBN’s elite coaching staff created drills that will take each athlete’s shooting abilities to the next level. Fundamentals and techniques focus on good shooting form using the BEEF acronym: Balance. Eyes. Elbow. Follow-Through. This provides consistent coaching, repetition of skills and additional practice throughout the year. When regularly applied, participants are not only able to utilize these techniques in actual game settings, but the player’s improvement is proven to build confidence on and off the court. Our ultimate goal is the refinement of shooting technique while encouraging the athletes’ desire to play.Level of Instruction: Beginner players have a basic enjoyment of basketball; they can focus for 55 minutes on repetitive skill work. Players must be coachable.
*Please review skill level recommendations closely. Contact Coach Marcus Mason at 303.921.5302 or marcusmason@nbncoaching.com, if you have questions regarding placement.
