About This Activity
Description
Bring Lego® worlds to life as you work in groups to create a Lego® set with Lego® characters for a stop-motion movie that you'll storyboard, shoot, and add voiceover. All supplies are provided by IncrediFlix. Campers may bring props to enhance their films. Flix created are emailed within a month after camp ends.Level of Instruction: Beginner / Intermediate
Skills Learned: Children will learn brainstorming, story structure, and storyboarding. They will create characters, create movie backgrounds and sets, film their movies, and record voice-overs.
Supplies Needed: Students may bring props to enhance their films, but this is completely optional as IncrediFlix supplies all materials needed for the camp.
Students should bring a nut-free snack and water bottle each day.
If your child is enrolled for both a morning activity (9:00am-12:00pm) and an afternoon activity (1:00pm-4:00pm) during the same week they are eligible to stay for Lunch Bunch (free supervised lunch hour from 12:00pm-1:00pm).
