About This Activity
Description
Use stop motion tricks to create fires, explosions, and even floods, as your characters can battle it out or work together to save the day in this action-packed stop motion class. You'll work in small groups to storyboard, create the action, film, and voice-over these exciting movies. All supplies are provided by IncrediFlix. Campers may bring props to enhance their films. Flix emailed within a month after camp ends.Level of Instruction: Beginner / Intermediate
Skills Learned: Children will learn brainstorming, story structure, and storyboarding. They will create characters, create movie backgrounds and sets, film their movies, and record voice-overs.
Supplies Needed: Students may bring props to enhance their films, but this is completely optional as IncrediFlix supplies all materials needed for the camp.
Students should bring a nut-free snack and water bottle each day.
If your child is enrolled for both a morning activity (9:00am-12:00pm) and an afternoon activity (1:00pm-4:00pm) during the same week they are eligible to stay for Lunch Bunch (free supervised lunch hour from 12:00pm-1:00pm).
