About This Activity
Description
Led by a skilled dietitian, the Healthy Cooking Workshops provide a hands-on approach to preparing wholesome, affordable meals that promote health and wellness by providing the necessary nutrients for optimal well-being as they also capitalize on important nutrition influences throughout life such as trying to eat healthy during holidays/parties, healthy eating for all ages that are less time consuming or transitioning to living on one's own, and being self-reliant on cooking to prolong life in the most proficient ways possible.Level of Instruction: All skill levels welcome

- Learn healthy eating tips and recipes to meet nutrition goals
- Debunk popular nutrition myths
- Cook time-friendly and healthy meals/snacks
- Increase knowledge on foods and eating habits
