About This Activity
Description
Campers will have fun playing games and performing short scenes from different play each day. This is a great way for younger kids to explore the world of theater while building basic theater skills and have tons of fun! (Monday: Peter Pan / Tuesday: Brave / Wednesday: Beauty & the Beast / Thursday: Harriet Patter) On Friday, campers will present what they learned in a short showcase at 11:00 a.m.Level of Instruction: Beginner
Skills Learned: Confidence onstage, working with a team, public speaking, tying emotions to our bodies, positive opportunity for personal and social growth.
Supplies Needed: Water bottle and nut-free snack.
Students should bring a nut-free snack and water bottle each day.
If your child is enrolled for both a morning activity (9:00am-12:00pm) and an afternoon activity (1:00pm-4:00pm) during the same week they are eligible to stay for Lunch Bunch (free supervised lunch hour from 12:00pm-1:00pm).
