About This Activity
Description
A day of nonstop hockey action for teams at the recreation level.All games are played on one day.
Two games are guaranteed.
You can register a team or register as an individual and we will form a team of individually registered players.
Basic Rules
- 3 ON 3,one sub, plus goalie.- Rosters are limited to 4 skaters and one goalie.- Games consists of 2 7-minute running time periods.- There is only a face off to start the period- After every goal and after every penalty shot the opposing team must back off to their zone (into the neutral zone) Attacking team must wait a 10 second count before attacking in the oppositions zone.- Play does not stop until the period is completed.- All penalties result in a penalty shot.
Equipment Needs: Hockey-specific shin pads, elbow pads, gloves, helmet and full face mask, mouth piece, stick and skates are required for all participants.
