Description
All Parker Recreation leagues are designed to provide a safe, educational, and fun environment where athletes can grow their skills while building confidence, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Each participant will play at least half of each game.· Games are played 6 v 6 (5 field players + 1 goalie).
· This league is intended for Blue/White level players. Many players in this league have some club experience and participate for continued development and additional training hours. Advanced (Red/Silver level) players may NOT participate.
There is no boarding or body checking in this league. Score will be displayed, but standings will not be recorded.
This league follows Boys’ Box Lacrosse rules, equipment, and strategies. Girls are welcome to participate, but please note that the rules are not modified for the girls' game.
NEW Team Formation Process:
For the 10 to 12 and 12 to 14 age groups, players will register individually and will take part in a pre-season player evaluation and draft. Because we see a wide range of skills and experience in these age groups, this process ensures balanced and competitive play throughout the season.
· Coaches and officials will evaluate players during a scheduled evaluation session.
SKILL EVALUATION SESSION: January 3rd, 2026 - 5-7PM
· Following the evaluation, coaches will draft teams for the season.
· Team registrations will not be accepted for these divisions.
Free agents are welcome. Players may request to play up a division with administrative approval. Age is determined by the participant’s age on the final date of the season; if your child overlaps divisions, please place them based on size, experience, and skill level.

Equipment Needs: Rubber-molded cleats or tennis shoes are permitted. Cleats are NOT allowed during practices on the rink. Players will need all of their own equipment to include stick, helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, protective cup, and mouthpiece. Rib pads are not required but recommended. Jerseys will be provided.

One practice will be held on the first Saturday of the season on the Fieldhouse Turf. Practices throughout the season are held on the Fieldhouse Rink. Games are played on the Fieldhouse Turf.
