Parker Fieldhouse Day Camp is an active, recreation-based program that keeps campers moving and engaged throughout the day. MONDAY: TUESDAY: WEDNESDAY: THURSDAY: FRIDAY: H2Obrien The State of Colorado licenses our program and requires all participant paperwork, including current immunization records, to be completed before attending. Participants with incomplete required paperwork will not be permitted to attend camp. Full Week Registration & Cancellations Full Week registration is designed for campers attending the entire camp week. No partial-week refunds are provided. If you register for a Full Week, you are reserving and committing to the entire week. Full Week cancellation requests must be submitted by May 15 to be eligible for a refund. A $25 cancellation fee per child, per canceled week applies. Beginning May 16, Full Week registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Missed days, illness, vacations, appointments, or changes in family schedules do not qualify for a refund. Additional siblings receive a 10% sibling discount. Payment Plans Payment plans are available during registration and divide the remaining balance into equal automatic payments. The number and amount of payments will depend on when registration is completed. All scheduled payments must be completed according to the payment plan. Selecting a payment plan does not change the Full Week cancellation deadline or refund policy. After the cancellation deadline, families remain responsible for the remaining balance of their registration. Camp activities and schedules are subject to change due to weather, transportation, facility availability, safety considerations, or other operational needs. NO AGE EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
