About This Activity

Description

Empower yourself with the ultimate babysitting toolkit in The Super Sitter Babysitting Class! This interactive and engaging program equips young minds with the essential skills and knowledge to become confident, responsible, and super babysitters. Participants will receive a CPR certifications from the American Heart Association after successfully completing this class.
Level of Instruction: Beginner
Skills/ Fundamentals Learned
  • Safety: how to recognize and avoid potential hazards
  • Basic childcare: feeding, diapering, and playing with children
  • First Aid: how to respond to common injuries and emergencies. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an American Heart Association CPR Certificate.
  • Business skills: how to find clients, negotiate fees, and provide excellent service
Program Objectives
  • Learn new skills or improve upon existing skills
  • Learn new information or expand existing knowledge
  • Improve social connection
  • Learn life skills, particularly to provide knowledge of basic safety skills and techniques
  • Increase individual self-confidence
