About This Activity
Description
Dive into the basics of skating in a safe, encouraging environment—whether on rollerblades or quad skates. Perfect for beginners looking to build confidence and skills on wheels or more advanced skaters. Groups will be divided into multiple levels or stages if needed, catering to different age groups and skill levels.Skill Progression: The program follows a progressive curriculum that introduces participants to basic skating techniques and gradually advances their skills.
Fun Activities and Games: To keep the program engaging and enjoyable, the youth learn-to-skate programs will incorporate fun activities, games, and challenges that reinforce skating skills in a playful and interactive manner.
Safety and First Aid: Safety is paramount in a youth learn-to-skate program. Instructors emphasize proper safety techniques, including falling safely, avoiding collisions, and respecting others on the rink, trail or skatepark.
Level of Instruction: Beginners, no skating experience required.
