About This Activity
Description
This class will show kids that exercise can be fun! Body strength and flexibility are increased as children learn skills on bars, balance beam and the floor. Classes are presented by using progressions to help children master new skills in a fun and non-competitive environment.Level of Instruction: Beginner – Intermediate
