About This Activity
Coding: Kids K–2 start with Scratch Jr., perfect for young beginners. Older students use MIT Scratch to create animations, games, music, and stories. They also learn mobile app development and Roblox game development, including 3D design and Lua scripting. Hands-on projects build logic, creativity, and problem-solving — no experience needed. Robotics: Students build and program robots using sensors, motors, gears, and pulleys. They apply engineering concepts and practice coding and debugging in real time, preparing for future STEM challenges. Minecraft Modding: Students program custom mods in Minecraft, applying coding skills to bring their ideas to life and develop critical thinking.
