Unwind and reset at the end of the week with a slow, candlelit yoga class designed to calm the mind and relax the body. This gentle session features soothing music, mindful breathing, and unhurried stretches that ease tension and promote deep relaxation. Soft candlelight creates a peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Notes: Please bring a reusable water bottle. Some yoga mats will be available for guest use, but please bring your own if available to you. Location: Conference Center Date and Time: Saturday 7:00PM-8:00PM We welcome teens to participate when accompanied by an adult. We kindly request that all participants maintain a calm and mature atmosphere throughout the program.
