Unwind, stretch, and reconnect with your breath and nature in this all-levels yoga session designed to relax the body and calm the mind with the sound and feel of waves around you. Led by a certified instructor, this class focuses on mindful movement and balance in nature. One week the class will take place grounded in the sand of the beautiful beach. The next week, the class will take place with participants balancing on paddleboards on the waves. Both classes are designed for beginners as well as seasoned yogis.
