A gentle, slow-moving 40 minute aquatic class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, balance, & overall well-being. Held in warm water (92°+), this class uses the natural support & resistance of the water to create a comfortable, low impact environment that is easy on the muscles & joints. Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of warm water while moving your body in a way that feels comfortable, restorative & refreshing.
