Join Aqua Zumba instructor Jennifer Loewen Nicolds for this low impact 30-minute warm water workout. This class is designed to be a full body workout in the indoor warm water Municipal Pool.
Bathing suit required; water shoes recommended. Participants must be able to swim and enter and exit the pool independently.
