Description
Shorin-Karate: Traditional Okinawan Karate Beginning Students: We'll focus on discipline, elementary karate skills (blocks, kicks and stances), history, philosophy, flexibility, muscular and cardiovascular development and basic Japanese language. This gives the student a good foundation for advancement to a more complex and demanding training schedule. Intermediate Students: This class begins the deeper study of kata (form), self-defense techniques and advanced kicking and punching. Classes are Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays and are taught by internationally ranked 7th degree Okinawan black belt David Rogers of Shorin-Ryu Karate. Your karate uniform (GI) is included with monthly registration and the payment of the annual registration of $50/family payable to instructor.
An annual registration of $50 per year is payable to the instructor and is prorated along with a FREE Karate uniform (GI) with the enrollment payment. Questions? Call Ted, 805-305-0517.
