Description
Mini Movers Yoga, Music, & Movement is for your crawler or toddler and is designed to stimulate a young child's growing curiosity. These parent/caregiver participation classes incorporate playful yoga postures and relaxation techniques that will teach crawlers and toddlers about their growing bodies. Sprinkled with music, picture books, and age-appropriate props, we'll spark the child's inner yogi while enhancing language development, motor coordination and play skills. Classes are an equal balance between active and passive postures.
In this 30-minute family yoga class adults and little yogis gather together to share in the fun and relaxation of yoga. We'll explore practices together that will help build strong family & caretaker connections.
Please note, this class is for 7-month crawlers to 23-month-old toddlers and their caregiver.
Please bring your own yoga mat(s) for your family if possible. Adults and children should wear comfortable, stretchy clothes. No shoes or socks for class please.
If you don't have a yoga mat, you may borrow one from the instructor for a $1 rental fee.
