FUNdamentals 2&3: In this level the gymnasts will build up skill level onto the foundation they have from Level 1. Some of the skills include pull over, back hip circle, bridge kick over, or handstand on beam. The gymnasts will perform skills that require increased use of their abilities, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination and combine them into small routines. Each gymnast progresses at their own pace, depending on group numbers, the gymnasts will be grouped by gender, age, and level, to best develop their abilities.
