Looking for a fun, new way to get personalized results while enjoying the company of others working towards their own fitness goals? Small group training will allow you to set your own goals and increase your strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Triple S (Sweat, Skill, and Strength): A fun, fitness training program designed for ages 10–12-year-olds. This program combines strength training and cardio endurance using body weight and youth appropriate fitness equipment to help shape a healthy foundation.
