About This Activity
Ready to take the stage? Acting for Kids is perfect for students who are curious about theatre and eager to dive deeper into the craft of acting. In this high-energy, skill-building class, young performers will explore character development, improvisation, scene work, and stage presence in a supportive, creative environment. Throughout the 12-week session, students will collaborate on a short play or performance piece, gaining experience in rehearsal techniques and ensemble work. The session culminates in a live performance where family and friends are invited to see what these young actors have created and accomplished together. Whether your child is brand-new to theatre or looking to build on past experience, this class fosters confidence, creativity, and a love for the stage. Class Final Performance will be held on Wednesday, November 19th, at 7:30pm.
