Get a head start on your season with OHA- Penticton's Pre-Season Training Camp- a week-long camp, designed to get you a jump start on your season. This camp includes 5 on-ice sessions with OHA Coaches and 5 off-ice training sessions with our strength and conditioning staff. On-Ice Schedule: 1.25 hours per day Ice times will fall between 10am and 2pm, with groups to be determined based on age. Off-Ice Schedule: 1.25 hours per day Training sessions will fall between 8am and 12pm, with groups to be determined based on age and accompanying ice-time. What to expect: Programming designed to kickstart your in-season training, focused on learning how to build strength and developing speed and power Team-like training atmosphere On-ice preparation for competition, led by our expert coaching staff Final schedule with times and group placement will be sent the week before the camp.
