Early Spring Curriculum : Robotics and Engineering with Legos Get ready for a hands-on adventure where science meets fun! Students will dive into the world of engineering and robotics by building amazing creations with Legos. Learn how to bring your Lego models to life with motors, gears, and sensors, all while exploring how things work. From designing cool machines to solving challenges, this camp will spark your imagination and introduce you to the exciting world of STEM. Let’s build, create, and explore together! Late Spring Curriculum : Introduction to Animation Adventures with Scratch Jr Students will be creating stories using Scratch. Scratch (scratch.mit.edu) is a wonderful tool for teaching coding in a fun way! Scratch is a programming language and an online community where children can program and share interactive media such as stories, games, and animation with people from all over the world. As children create with Scratch, they learn to think creatively, work collaboratively, and reason systematically. Scratch is designed and maintained by the Lifelong Kindergarten group at the MIT Media Lab.
