Description
OverviewJoin our six-week co-ed Coach Pitch league to introduce children aged 7-9 years to the basic skills of baseball. This program focuses on teaching fundamentals, encouraging team spirit, and promoting fun while learning the joys of the game.ScheduleEach team will play one game on Saturday, starting at 11:00 AM, or 12:00PM. Each game will last one hour.The program runs from November 1 to December 13.The last Saturday will include awards, a banquet, and refreshments.Locations:All games and practices will be held at Telephone Pioneer Park, located at 1946 W Morningside Dr.Each team will have one practice per week, lasting one hour, scheduled between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Practice times will be determined by volunteer coaches at the mandatory coaches' meeting before the start of the league.Practices will begin two weeks prior to the first game, the week of November 20, 2025.Equipment:Bats, gloves, and helmets will be provided during the season.Weather Policy:If there is standing water on the field, the field will be closed for the day. Announcements will be made via email by 7:00 AM on game day.Coaches NeededTo coach, you must have a relative that is actively enrolled in the league.
