"The City of Phoenix Mayor/Council approved the use of The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for programs and services in our community to support an immediate pandemic response and lay the groundwork for a strong and equitable recovery. To support this endeavor the Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to provide one-time financial assistance for our winter Youth Sports Leagues and Programs.”
This co-ed Coach Pitch class for youth ages 7-10 years old will introduce the basic skills of baseball, teach fundamentals, encourage team spirit, and promote fun while learning the joys of baseball.
The class will be held on the West baseball field at Washington Park (6655 North 23rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85015).
