Paradise Valley Community Center Competitive Jr. Suns League TryoutsDo you have what it takes to compete at the next level? The Paradise Valley Community Center is hosting tryouts for the Competitive Jr. Suns League for boys and girls ages 11 to 13! This tryout represents the Northeast Community Centers in the City of Phoenix, and selected players during this tryout will be placed on the Paradise Valley Community Center team.
Tryout Details:Location: Paradise Valley Community CenterAddress: 17402 N. 40th Street, Phoenix, Az 85032Date: Wednesday, March 4thTime: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PMTryout Fee: $5Players may tryout once (if you have already tried out at another facility, you will not be able to try out)
League Information:Game Days: Saturdays March 28, 2026 - May 16, 2026Game Times: 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PMGame Locations: Vary: Teams will rotate through (10) participating locations. League Fee (if selected): $90
Team Placement:Players selected at this tryout will represent the Paradise Valley Community Center in the Competitive Jr. Suns League.
Practice Schedule & Important Information:Practices will be held on Mondays from 6:00-7:30pm.& Wednesdays from 8:00 - 9:00pm.There will be (2) hours of practice per week in the (Gym).There will be (30) min of instruction per week on plays and strategies. (Class)
Who Should Try Out?We are looking for athletes and families committed to traveling for games and willing to proudly represent the City of Phoenix Northeast Community Centers. Athletes will dedicate time to weekly practices and games, demonstrate strong sportsmanship, teamwork, and a high level of commitment.
