About This Activity
Description
Cheer101! Participants will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, covering basic cheer movements, rhythm, stretching techniques, strength exercises, and introductory stunting. These essentials are brought together to craft a routine.Instructor will provide dates and times for any performance opportunities.
Attire: Participants should wear comfortable, athletic clothing, black spandex, if shorts are worn, please wear black spandex underneath and white gym shoes. Cheer shoes are ideal.
