Join us for a soul-nourishing workshop where love begins with you. For parents with children ages 0-5 yrs. Step into a safe, supportive space designed just for parents, a place to reflect, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we'll explore the power of self-love, and how caring for your own well-being creates a ripple effect that strengthens your family bonds. Because when you care for yourself with compassion, your love overflows into everything you do.
