About This Activity
Description
Barre exercises, turns, leaps, and short dances will be taught. Proper technique is emphasized to build muscles without injury.
Ballet Class AttireLeotard, Tights, Ballet Skirt, Ballet Slippers/Shoes (canvas or leather) or Fitted T- Shirt or dance shirt, dance leggings or fitted athletic pants. Hair pulled away from face secure neatly in a bun or ponytail. No large jewelry or accessories.Parents are asked to stay outside the dance room during instruction.
