Description
Draw, paint, create, and have fun while building skills that go beyond the art room, home, and school.
Kids will explore drawing and painting techniques with guidance and demonstrations while still having the freedom to make their artwork their own. Our small group setting allows for more interactions, individual attention, and opportunities for every young artist to participate.Young artists will: -Practice creative decision making by making their own creative choices-Explore artistic expression by bringing ideas and imagination to life-Build problem solving skills by exploring, experimenting, and finding creative solutions-Grow confidence and independence by trusting their ideas and taking pride in what they create
What makes this class unique:-Young artists will have an opportunity to practice leadership, decision making, communication and collaboration through art
Artists will:-Make creative decisions about their artwork-Share their artwork and ideas with others-Work and create alongside other young artists-Have a voice in what they would like to learn to draw next-Complete four draw and paint projects by the end of the four-week session
