Join USA Duathlon at the Sunnyslope Community Center to focus on general conditioning such as biking and running. Weekly sessions will go over a specific aspect of a duathlon and prepare for fun competition and games. All equipment will be provided by USA Triathlon. All participants must know how to ride and safely control a two-wheel bicycle. All youth participants will receive a FREE USA Triathlon annual membership.The primary objective of this program is to provide a fun and engaging environment where children can learn about the basics of triathlon while developing their physical abilities and teamwork skills. The program aims to introduce the two of components of a triathlon (cycling and running) and foster a love for the sport through a variety of age-appropriate activities and games.
