About This Activity
Description
This is a co-recreational flag football clinic for boys and girls 7-8yrs old. the clinic introduces your child to the fundamentals of flag football. Participants go through several drill stations that include passing, ball handling, running routs and flag pulling. Also, worm-up exercises, and an agility obstacle course. If time permits, there will be a fun scrimmage game to showcase what they have learned. This program also helps coaches in setting-up practices and conducting drills.
Please bring your child a water bottle to the clinic.
