Description
Come join the Rose Mofford Sports Complex Flag Football League. This league teaches youth the fundamentals of football, good sportsmanship, and teamwork through practices and games. The goal of the league is to educate its participants in the game of football as well as to learn skills and lessons that help them succeed both on and off the field.
This is an eight-week program with two practices starting the week of April 21, before the six-game season that starts on May 8.

We will use these to send important updates, schedule changes and other league-related information throughout the season. If you have any questions or need assistance to update your contact details, please each out to us.
There will be two practices prior to the first game and then one practice and one game a week. The one-hour practices will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 6:00pm or 7:00pm depending on the coach's availability. Games will be played on Thursdays at 7:15pm. All practices and games will be held at Rose Mofford Sports Complex, 9833 N 25th Ave, Phoenix, AZ, 85021, on the soccer fields.
Players must wear a mouth guard and bring water to each practice and game.

Any player or coach requests must be requested in the "request prompt" when registering and late requests will not be granted.

The coach's commitment will be to hold a practice once a week and the team play game per week. Prior to the season there are requirements for background checks, an online training through NAYS and a mandatory meeting. This season meeting is Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 6:00pm to 7:45pm at the Sunnyslope Youth Center, 1702 W Peoria Ave, 85029, on Peoria, just east of 19th Ave.The total amount of hours for a coach during the season is around 20 hours for the eight-week program.
