Tumbling technique is a fun active class that focuses on building a good foundation for tumbling such as, drills, stretches and exercises. Participants will also develop skills such as rolls, back rolls, bridges, and handstands. We encourage parent participation to assist during class and help participants feel more comfortable. All participants should wear comfortable clothing such as shorts and a shirt. Also, hair needs to be pulled back and shoes are not required.
