About This Activity
Description
Tumbling technique is a fun active class that focuses on building a good foundation for tumbling such as, drills, stretches and exercises. Participants will also develop skills such as rolls, back rolls, bridges, as well as perfecting handstands, cartwheels, and roundoffs on floor. Participants will also develop strength and flexibility to further develop their skills. All participants should wear comfortable clothing such as shorts and a shirt. Also, hair needs to be pulled back and shoes are not required.
