About This Activity
Description
Shotokan Karate: Founded and developed by Gichin Funakoshi. Shotokan is a popular style with lots of powerful strikes, blocks, and stances. Along with that participants will get exercise and move a lot. They will also develop self-discipline, self-confidence, and self-defense.
There is no dress code required. It is recommended to wear comfortable athletic clothes and closed toe shoes to begin.
