Description
Okinawa Goju Ryu: A martial art of Okinawan origin with a full curriculum that includes locks, throws, kicks, punches, and takedowns.
Karate uniforms are not required, but nice to have. If uniforms are not purchased, students should wear comfortable clothing. Jeans and tennis shoes are not appropriate for any of the above activities. Beginners to Novice.
