"The City of Phoenix Mayor/Council approved the use of The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for programs and services in our community to support an immediate pandemic response and lay the groundwork for a strong and equitable recovery. To support this endeavor the Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to provide one-time financial assistance for our winter Youth Sports Leagues and Programs.”
This class introduces soccer to ages youth 5-6 yrs old. Children will have fun in a noncompetitive environment while learning the basics of soccer through different games and drills. Parent participation is mandatory. Participants should bring water bottle and wear closed-toe athletic shoes. Classes will be held on the turf field on the north side of Washington Park located at 6655 N 23rd Ave. Phoenix AZ 85015 The Soccer field is located behind Washington Pool..
Classes for ages 5-6 will be held from 6:00pm-7:00pm
