About This Activity
BEYOND 8TH GRADE MATH: This class is intended for students who have completed a Pre-Algebra class at their current school and want an introduction to a high school-level Algebra 1 class. Students will learn basic algebra skills related to equations, inequalities, functions and graphing and will also learn geometry concepts like shapes, angles, and spatial reasoning. (Students from Catholic schools who are taking this class for the summer completion certificate must attend 75% or more of the classes).
