About This Activity
MATH PRE-7th GRADE: This course focuses on building a strong mathematical foundation, covering ratios, proportions, and integer operations. Students will also explore one- and two-step equations alongside essential geometry concepts such as area, angles, volume, and surface area. To foster a deep understanding, the curriculum utilizes interactive notebooks, puzzles, and group-based problem-solving. This class is designed for students who already possess a basic familiarity with integer operations and simple equations. (Students from Catholic schools who are taking this class for the summer completion certificate must attend 75% or more of the classes.) .
