About This Activity
Future Star Baseball is expanding to other sports! We’ve been running after school flag football classes for a few years now and will offer a flag football and field sports camp this summer. Players will run through drills to improve catching, running routs, throwing and flag grabbing. This is not tackle, just flag, so it’s safe for all ages. Players will play flag football games as well as capture the flag and other flag related activities to improve athleticism, cardiovascular efficiency and have a lot of fun. A great day on the field with TONS of exercise. With a larger group we will be able to put the kids with other players of similar ability levels. Great for experienced players as well as beginners.
