Party with BGCWPA for a week filled with star-spangled fun as we explore America, from Southern California’s palm trees and surfing, to Detroit’s motown music and soul food, to Colorado’s mountaintops and wide open spaces. Our nation has so many amazing destinations, traditions and accomplishments to celebrate. Join us for this week of Bold Adventures where we explore the independence of both our nation and ourselves through creativity, STEM, traditions, native cultures, and more! Art- Create your own top hat and American flag STEM- Build a party popper Literacy - This is How We Do It, I Am Enough, Planting Stories, I Can Make This Promise, The Colors of Us Movies: Captain America, The Sandlot, A League of Their Own, Annie (new version) Example Field Trip: Cookout Party and visits to historical sites in or near Pittsburgh!
