About This Activity
Description
Beginning Jazz aims to capture and nurture children's instinctive joy of movement and freedom of expression. Children are introduced to basic dance vocabulary and are taught dance routines especially choreographed for this age group. Classes are designed to develop motor skills, coordination, rhythm, balance, and flexibility.
